• Assist in creating and organizing itineraries, activities, and accommodations for the incentive trip.
• Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and other suppliers to secure services and negotiate rates.
• Support transportation arrangements, both domestic and international, and ensure smooth execution of trip activities.
• Help track expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Serve as a point of contact for participants and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Contribute to promotional materials and communications to generate excitement about the trip.
• Provide excellent service to participants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the trip.
• Perform tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
