Temp Business Support Executive

❉Location: United Square

❉Duration: 1 Year Contract

❉Working Hours: Mon – Fri, office hours

❉Salary: Up to $3200

Job scope:

✨ Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from vendor management to crowd-pulling activities and venue sourcing.

✨ Oversee logistical operations, including handling staff, conducting onsite visits, and managing inventory.

✨ Manage promotional materials and digital assets, from liaising with printers to handling landing pages and unique links.

✨ Support financial processes, including putting up payment requests and tracking sales acquisitions and reports.

Requirements:

✨ Minimally a diploma holder

✨ Candidates with Merchant Ops or Account Servicing background will be advantageous

✨ Events management experience would be advantageous
