Events ManagementRoles and Responsibilities:
ADMIN cum Event Management (MON- FRI) 5 DAYS WORK WEEK
- Admin incharge of the generating and compilation of reports.
- Customer service and follow-up on customer request.
- Planning & Conceptualization: Defining objectives, themes, and formats.
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Booking venues, arranging catering, and negotiating with suppliers.
- Budget & Finance: Managing costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.
- Marketing & Communication: Promoting the event, managing registrations, and handling attendee communication.
- On-site Execution: Overseeing setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety.
- Post-Event Activity: Gathering feedback and creating reports to measure success.
- To cover others ad-hoc duties (if any).
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher holder of any discipline with at least 1-2 year related field and customer service experience.
- Proficiency with MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT and Google platform.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be organised and Task-oriented with positive attitude towards learning.
- Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work.
