We are seeking individuals who are interested in transitioning into a customer-facing role and developing sales, communication, and basic team leadership skills.

This role involves supporting event-based sales activities and, over time, gaining exposure to team coordination and people management. Candidates from non-sales backgrounds are welcome, as structured training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

\t• \tEngage customers professionally at roadshows, pop-up events, and exhibitions

\t• \tWork collaboratively with team members during events

\t• \tSupport team coordination and on-site operations

\t• \tParticipate in team-building and skills development activities

\t• \tGradually learn to assist in supervising and guiding junior team members

Training & Development

\t• \tStructured onboarding and on-the-job training

\t• \tCoaching in customer communication and sales fundamentals

\t• \tExposure to basic team management and leadership responsibilities

Career Progression

Event Sales Junior → Team Lead → Project Manager
