Job Summary

You will engage with customers to respond accurately to their inquiries about products and services, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth through marketing campaign development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries to provide accurate information about products and services
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase sales revenue
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support ongoing business and satisfaction
• Monitor customer feedback and take actions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
