Requirements:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive property revenue and brand awareness
- Plan, manage, and track lead generation, campaigns, events, and partnerships (including event spaces and casual leasing)
- Act as brand custodian, overseeing online and offline marketing, advertising spaces, signage, and website updates
- Manage event sales and execution, working closely with agencies, tenants, contractors, and partners
- Oversee marketing budgets, calendars, reporting, and performance analysis, including competitor and market insights
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
- 8 years' work experience in commercial events management and marketing communications would be preferred.
- Experience in design, video editing software, and website & social media management will be an advantage.
- Proven ability in execution of marketing and communications campaigns/ projects.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
- Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive, proactive, and thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills, creative and innovative.
