This is an entry-level, client-facing role. You will support event projects from planning through to execution, work closely with experienced project leads, and gradually take on more ownership as you grow. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior exposure to events is preferred but not mandatory.

What You'll be Doing

• Support the planning and coordination of event timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Assist in client communications, ensuring updates are clear, timely, and accurate
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions to bring event concepts to life
• Help manage day-to-day project coordination, including schedules, vendors, and stakeholders
• Track project timelines and flag potential issues early to the project lead
• Assist with basic budget tracking and cost coordination
• Ensure workflows, timelines, and quality standards are followed throughout planning and execution
• Provide regular updates to the project lead and management team
• Support onsite event execution and post-event wrap-ups, including feedback and reporting
• Stay curious about event trends and digital activations, and bring relevant ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience or internship exposure in events, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn how to manage client interactions
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
• Positive attitude, team player, and open to feedback
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable using tools like Canva and other content platforms
• Open to learning and using new technologies, including AI and LLM tools, to support creativity and efficiency
• Able to stay calm in fast-paced environments and adapt when plans change
