Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new business opportunities through inbound enquiries, outbound outreach, and networking
- Understand client needs and propose suitable event solutions and activations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch decks in collaboration with the project and creative teams
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations
- Attend client meetings, site recce(s), and events when required
- Keep CRM and sales pipeline updated
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales (events / marketing / experiential preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking to clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or agency environments is a plus
