AdrenalinX is our experiential events division, where creative design and project execution come together to bring brands to life across physical and digital touch points. From event environments to campaign visuals, our work spans both planning and execution. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team to support new opportunities.

This role is open to fresh graduates and early-career designers who are eager to learn and grow. Candidates with prior experience in events, branding, or agency environments will be viewed favourably.

What You'll be Doing

• Support the design team in creating visual assets for events, brand campaigns, and marketing materials
• Assist in developing presentation decks, mockups, and proposal visuals
• Work on both print and digital layouts, including event signage, banners, posters, and collateral
• Adapt and apply existing design systems and templates across different formats and platforms
• Support visual research, moodboards, and concept exploration
• Collaborate closely with project managers and creative teammates to deliver work on time and to brief
• Participate in design reviews and be open to feedback, iteration, and learning

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience or internships in events, branding, or agency settings is a plus
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of design fundamentals
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with guidance
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and openness to feedback
• Curiosity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
