Key Responsibilities

Annual Event Strategy & Creative Development
  • Develop yearly/quarterly event strategies aligned with user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Generate creative themes based on user insights and industry trends to design differentiated, high-impact event mechanics.

Hot Topic Integration & Viral Campaign Creation
  • Monitor trending topics daily across platforms (Weibo, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and translate them into actionable marketing concepts.
  • Lead "Trend × Brand" creative campaigns to amplify brand visibility and user participation.

End-to-End Event Execution (0→1)
  • Drive full-cycle event processes: creative ideation → gameplay design → mechanics setup → visual requirements → resource coordination → launch → post-event analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Risk/Compliance, and other teams to deliver complex campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Growth Optimization
  • Define event KPIs (exposure, participation, conversion, retention, etc.) and establish tracking systems.
  • Conduct regular event reviews, propose actionable optimizations, and continuously improve results through A/B testing.

Creative Content & Viral Mechanism Management
  • Develop and review event copy, visual scripts, and social media content.
  • Design viral sharing mechanisms and incentive systems to deepen engagement and encourage secondary dissemination.

Cross-Region Campaign Planning (if applicable)
  • Possess basic knowledge of SEA, European, Middle Eastern, or South Asian markets; adapt event themes and content to local cultures.
  • Collaborate with local teams to quickly grasp regional trends and user preferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in event operations/marketing planning.
  • Experience in internet, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or content communities preferred.

Strong creative thinking and trend-sensing ability.
  • Capable of proposing original event concepts and translating social trends into marketing content.
  • Deep understanding of content trends, traffic mechanisms, and user psychology.

Solid event planning and project management skills.
  • Familiar with event operation logic (onboarding, task systems, incentives, conversion funnels).
  • Experienced in multi-platform campaigns (App/Web/social media).

Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Able to craft event themes, slogans, gameplay descriptions, and key promotional content.

Data-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in event KPIs and analytical methods; able to derive user behavior insights from data.
  • Experienced with basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Able to coordinate resources across Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Legal/Compliance to ensure successful execution.
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on results.

High execution ability and resilience.
  • Delivers high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Bonus Points
  • Proven track record of viral campaigns or hot-topic marketing (please share links or data).
  • Familiar with AIGC/AI creative tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.).
  • Experience in overseas marketing (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Middle East, etc.).
  • Knowledge of finance, trading, or CFD industries is a plus.
