Responsibilities:

• To liaise with clients directly on requirements, objective, budgeting and etc. To execute an event (wedding / corporate / solemnization) from enquiry to the actual day of event and post event servicing.
• Main point of contact with the client
• Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide support in execution of events and campaigns
• To work with Operations department to ensure success of events
• To manage own events processes, including paperwork. Preparing of proposal and quotation for venue rental, wedding and menu.
• Follow-up to ensure contract is signed by option date, receipts and final payments made promptly
• To source for business leads via various means
• Assist with event site viewings, feedback and post events follow-up

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in corporate sales is required for this position.

• Good presentation skills

• High level of efficiency, initiative, meticulous with details and multi-tasking ability

• Independent, motivated, creative thinker with a positive and flexible attitude and a genuine passion for events sales management
