• \tActively promote the restaurant's menu, special events, and catering services to potential clients.

4. Event & Group Booking Coordination:

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• \tMonitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
• \tSuggest menu or service improvements based on customer preferences.

Requirements:
- Experience in catering sales or event planning.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of and working with Amadeus System, Sevenrooms.
- Able to commit Weekends and Public Holidays if required.
