We are looking for an experienced and creative Event Manager Cum Advisor to oversee the planning, execution, and strategic direction of musical events, including competitions and live performances. This role involves managing all aspects of the event - from logistics to talent coordination while providing expert advice to ensure the event's artistic and operational success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with performers, sponsors, and stakeholders to create memorable and seamless events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage musical events such as competitions, concerts, and performances from start to finish.
• Advise on event concept development, stage design, and performance elements to ensure a high-quality audience experience.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, sound, lighting, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with performers, musicians, judges, and other talent to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient execution.
• Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and partners to enhance the event experience.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Post-event evaluation and feedback to improve future events.
