Title: Events / Catering Manager (Sales) (ID6076)
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours : Mon-Fri 9-6pm
Salary : $7,000 to $11,000

Key Responsibilities
• Meet clients, understand event requirements, and ensure proper setup, buffet, AV and timelines per BEO.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Develop budgets, track performance, and identify key market segments for growth.
• Build new accounts and oversee daily event operations.
• Conduct market research on rates/packages.
• Guide brand identity and marketing direction.
• Plan campaigns (minimum 3 per brand/year) and supervise marketing team.
• Work closely with management to support P&L and execute corrective actions if sales fall below target.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, F&B or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in banquets, catering sales or catering services.
• Knowledge in P&L, menu planning, food & wine pairing; wedding event experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
