We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage and execute successful events. The role involves planning, organizing, and ensuring seamless delivery of events that align with our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as conferences, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Work with vendors, venues, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage logistics.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Manage on-site event activities, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements for events.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree any field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate welcomed.
