We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day event logistics and ensure smooth execution of all projects. The right candidate will have solid experience in event operations, people management, and logistics coordination.
You will be responsible for planning event schedules, managing manpower and equipment, and ensuring the team runs efficiently from setup to teardown.
Salary: $3,200-3,500/month + High overtime pay!
Bonus: 13th Month Bonus
Medical Fee Reimbursement
Transport Reimbursement if work ends after 11:00pm or before public transport hours
Working Hours:
Wednesday to Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Monday: 10:00am - 2:00pm (Half Day)
Off Day: Tuesday

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage event rundowns, driver routes, and logistics schedules
- Supervise event setup, packing, and equipment loading/unloading
- Conduct weekly inventory checks to ensure all crates, machines, and items are accounted for
- Manage operations staff, interns, and welfare-related matters
- Oversee vehicle usage and assist in driving the company van or lorry when required
- Provide solutions to operational challenges, maintaining accountability and problem-solving mindset
- Ensure all event operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations or logistics
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (able to drive van or lorry)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Responsible, hands-on, and solutions-driven personality
- Willing to work weekends and flexible hours as required
