Event Executive

We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Event Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about the details that make events spectacular and thrive on managing multiple projects, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be a self-motivated professional working on simultaneous projects with our event management team. You will focus on the full journey of a project, from the overall development and planning to the precision execution and delivery of various activations. These projects include events, exhibitions, conferences, creative insights, production, and digital broadcasts.

What You'll be Doing

• Actively participate in project management activities and work-in-progress meetings.
• Manage the day-to-day needs for a variety of hybrid, live, and virtual events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers.
• Create detailed proposals, including timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Co-ordinate all aspects of the event management process, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and administration.
• Contribute to all financial aspects of projects, including accurate budget scoping, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Oversee the on-site production, co-ordinating all crew, suppliers, and temporary staff to ensure a seamless event.
• Conduct pre and post-event evaluations, reporting on outcomes and implementing improvements.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
• Provide effective support to your team.
• Perform other related duties as required to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the MICE industry or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing hybrid, live, and virtual events.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional planning and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with consistent quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
