- Serve as single point of contact for client - liaising with the client and handling all requests
- Manage all operations for client accounts under your charge including staffing, F&B, venue, etc
- Monitor Profit & Loss for your client accounts and maintain correct gross profit
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors and organizers (full time and/or part-time staff) for events
- Manage all equipment/logistics/materials for the team building activities pre- and post-event
- Manage the coordination of the team building event
- Propose new ideas and initiatives supported by a clear action plan that you believe are in the best interest of the company and may contribute to
- Any other tasks / projects assigned by the Management or Company
