Take full responsibility for client accounts servicing tasks post-sale including:
  • Serve as single point of contact for client - liaising with the client and handling all requests
  • Manage all operations for client accounts under your charge including staffing, F&B, venue, etc
  • Monitor Profit & Loss for your client accounts and maintain correct gross profit
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors and organizers (full time and/or part-time staff) for events
  • Manage all equipment/logistics/materials for the team building activities pre- and post-event
  • Manage the coordination of the team building event
  • Propose new ideas and initiatives supported by a clear action plan that you believe are in the best interest of the company and may contribute to
  • Any other tasks / projects assigned by the Management or Company


Requirement:

1. Experience in Events Management / Coordination / Planning is preferred

2. Outgoing Personality

3. Good Interpersonal Skills

4. Ability to think on the feet / solve immediate problems / improvise on the spot

5. Proficient in MS Office

6. Organized and meticulous

7. Able to work in a team and independently

8. Diploma / Degree
