Events ManagementA Day in the Life:
Who We are Looking For:
- Lead all aspects of event safety and operational risk management, including venue compliance, emergency preparedness, and crowd management
- Oversee site readiness through inspections, stakeholder coordination, and licensing compliance
- Develop and implement escalation protocols, reporting flows, and incident management frameworks
- Direct event-day operations from the control room, ensuring effective communication, decision logging, and emergency response where required
- Provide management with risk assessments, compliance briefings, and recommendations to mitigate closure or enforcement risks
Who We are Looking For:
- Degree / Diploma in Events Management, Safety & Risk Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale event operations, safety, or compliance
- Strong knowledge of SCDF Fire Code, workplace safety, and emergency protocols in Singapore
- Proven experience in crowd management, risk assessment, and emergency planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to engage venue authorities, vendors, and internal teams
- Certifications in Occupational First Aid, WSH, or crowd safety (advantageous)
