Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative proposals for luxury events and experiences, including mood boards, visual concepts, and storyboards.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors to ensure high-quality production of creative materials.
• Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring flawless delivery and guest experience.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during events to maintain seamless operations.
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms and website during quieter project periods.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of executed projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong creative and visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
