Job Summary

Luna is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support while assisting in the planning and execution of our events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and assist in planning events, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain event timelines, budgets, and logistics to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports as required.
  • Assist on-site during events to ensure everything runs according to plan.

Requirements
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Positive attitude, flexible, and a team player.
