• Plan and coordinate venues and vendors for events and roadshows
• Handle event logistics, set-up, and stock management
• Support promotional fulfilment and respond to group and corporate enquiries
• Assist with sourcing of festive gifts and manage campaign timelines
• Handle vendor quotes, payments, and tracking
• Track event results, RSVP lists, and feedback
• Manage inventory of marketing materials, merchandise, and flyers
• Prepare monthly reports on campaign and sales performance
• Perform on-site checks to ensure event set-up and adherence to brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business / Marketing or any related field
• Min 1 year experience in marketing and event coordination
• Experience in Canva is a bonus
• Working Location: Orchard
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am - 6pm)
• Comfortable to work weekends if event required
• Salary: Up to $4000
• 1 year contract, renewable
• Completion bonus upon completion of full year contract
