About the Role

We are assisting our client - a licensed financial advisory/insurance agency in Singapore - in hiring a Junior Events & Marketing Executive. This is a dynamic entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event management, marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organising, and executing corporate and client-facing events (e.g., seminars, roadshows, appreciation events).
• Support the agency's marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, EDMs, and digital campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Prepare marketing collateral, presentation materials, and client communication pieces.
• Track and analyse event/marketing campaign performance, and provide reports with recommendations.
• Provide administrative support to the agency's business development and recruitment activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior exposure to events management, social media marketing, or financial services internships will be an advantage.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or social media management tools will be a plus.
