Job Responsibilities

- 5.5 Days work week. Must be onsite to oversee and manage all events

- Actively source for new sales leads, working towards monthly KPIs and deliverables for our restaurants

- Plan and execute brand events, private bookings, and seasonal campaigns

- Work closely with marketing, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless operations

- Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients

- Track event budgets, timelines, and post-event performance

- Elevate GFM's reputation as the go-to destination for fresh seafood and unforgettable events

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years in event planning or F&B/events marketing

- Experience managing vendors, logistics, and teams

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Passion for food, wine, and guest experience

- Available to work on-site, weekends, and evenings when needed
