Duration: 3 months

Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $3300 Per Month

Job Scope:

• Manage stakeholder invitations, RSVPs, and guest list coordination.
• Draft communications (e.g., emails, event materials).
• Provide event logistics support, including venue coordination.
• Support stakeholder meetings and engagement activities.
• Conduct desktop research on global disease trends.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications/Political Sciences or related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Design skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
