JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organize high-impact events, from exclusive networking sessions to large-scale industry conferences
• Work closely with top executives, clients, and industry leaders
• Manage event logistics, from venue selection to food catering and branding
• Oversee budgets and ensure smooth execution-because details matter!
• Create engaging event programs that keep attendees talking
• Handle on-the-ground coordination, making sure everything runs like clockwork
• Work with marketing teams to drive event attendance and publicity
• Build relationships with sponsors and partners to maximize event success

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills-juggling multiple events is your superpower
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors, speakers, and clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
