Promises, one of Singapore's leading psychiatric and psychological services provider, is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Membership & Events Manager to oversee membership administration, stakeholder engagement, and the planning and execution of events, including professional trainings and conferences. This role also supports the day-to-day operations of a Certification Board. The ideal candidate must be able to translate broad goals into actionable plans, manage multiple projects independently, and drive engagement initiatives for members and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Membership development and management
2. Training and event management, from planning to execution
3. Project & administrative management, including regulatory compliance matters for training organization.
4. Corporate communications & engagement, including EAP coordination.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
• Familiarity with WSQ/ATO compliance matters.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in membership management, events planning, training coordination, or community engagement.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to distill actionable tasks from broader objectives.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with CRM systems, event management tools, or digital communication platforms is advantageous.
• Background or interest in mental health, addiction services, or professional certification bodies is a plus.
