Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Events & Partnership Manager to spearhead our professional education initiatives and strategic collaborations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, events, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage workshops, seminars, and professional education events
• Collaborate with clinicians, partners, and vendors to execute high-quality events
• Develop and maintain partnerships with dental associations, institutions, and corporate entities
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and post-event reporting
• Represent the company at healthcare forums and networking events to enhance brand visibility
• Other duties may be assigned : Clinic operations management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in event management, clinical operations and/or partnerships
• Strong network within the healthcare or dental sector is an advantage
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented
