A trusted provider of premier industrial waste management services company is seeking a self-motivated candidate to join their team:
Job Responsibilities:
- To perform total preventive maintenance (TPM) procedures and inspections
- To perform basic troubleshooting on mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- To perform regular maintenance tasks at the facilities in accordance with the SOP
- To identify and pro-actively respond to maintenance and operation needs
- To support the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in performing the maintenance duties
- Tool & instrument inventory/ maintenance
- Establish and run small workshop activities
- Identify and pro-actively respond to abnormality
- Trouble shoot equipment failure and execute TPM work
- Attend to equipment breakdowns and propose remedial actions and conduct follow up checks
- Work to incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and involved in the installation and commissioning process
- Ensure all maintenance activities carried out are following relevant quality and environment policies, safety & environmental rules, and regulations requirements
- Support the maintenance Supervisor to develop and implement plant improvement plan
- Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the Maintenance Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a Power Plant environment
- Possess good working knowledge of all operations in the plant
- Positive and highly motivated individual
