Salary: Up to $6K

Job Scope:

• Develop and implement horticultural maintenance programmes for assigned sites
• Conduct plant health assessments, diagnose diseases, pests, or deficiencies, and recommend appropriate treatments
• Manage and oversee landscape maintenance teams and contractors in daily operations
• Select suitable plant species for specific sites based on soil, climate, and design requirements
• Prepare horticultural reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory records
• Liaise with landscape contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on horticultural matters
• Ensure compliance with NParks regulations and relevant local codes
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems and soil conditions to support plant health
• Ensure landscape contractor adopts horticultural best practices when required
• Support landscaping improvement projects and sustainability initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Horticulture or any relevant field
• Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH)
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant field
• Good knowledge of tropical plant species, soil science and pest management
• Familiarity with NParks guidelines and Singapore’s landscape industry standards
