Responsibilities and duties

• Define processes, system specifications, input-output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.

• Work on device qualifications / applications and generate suitable processes to meet or exceed customer requirements

• Work closely in cross-functional teams to develop process solutions

• Support customers in technical training during new product or process introductions, equipment process buyoff and post-sales process troubleshooting

• Assist in preparation of engineering plans and programs

• Field visit or travelling maybe required

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science related field

• 2-5 years of process experience on high precision electro- mechanical components and system

• Working experience in semi-conductor industry preferred

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good presentation skills and report writing skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

** Senior grade would be offered to the candidate with strong background or relevant working experiences
