Job Description: We are seeking passionate Front-End Engineers with expertise in web development to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of dConstruct's user interfaces and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in front-end technologies, a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces for web applications using modern web development technologies to deliver optimal performance and a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

• Create and maintain reusable and modular front-end components to facilitate scalability and maintainability of code.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the feasibility and fidelity of design concepts on both web and mobile platforms.

• Implement and optimize front-end solutions for cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate with various teams across the company to integrate front-end components seamlessly into mobile applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the front-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• Good foundation in data structures/algorithms.

• Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer with a focus on web development.

• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, state-management libraries and CSS-based styling systems (e.g., Tailwind).

• Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and the virtual DOM.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time data sources (e.g., WebSockets).

• Proficiency in applying responsive design principles and browser optimization techniques.

• Fluency with Git or other version control workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving and system design skills with keen attention to detail.

• Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Good-to-haves:

• Experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, etc.) for building cross-platform mobile applications.

• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques.

• Previous experience working on projects with a strong emphasis on user experience.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies for front-end development.

• Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on emerging front-end technologies.
