Job Scope:

• Install, set up, and test equipment or machinery at customer sites.
• Ensure systems are functioning according to specifications.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair technical faults or failures, both on-site and remotely.
• Replace or repair defective parts.
• Provide technical support and training to customers or internal users.
• Respond to service calls and support requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate service records, including repair logs and reports.
• Update technical documentation as necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with clients during service visits.
• Explain technical issues clearly and offer solutions.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle tools and equipment properly to avoid hazards.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Nitec studies (Preferably Nitec in Engineering)
• Open to candidate who's keen on hands-on role
• Good to have Class 3 Driving license (Not a must)
