Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Engineer/Technical Specialist to join our team. The Service Engineer/Technical Specialist will play a critical role in providing technical support and application to our range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform installation, servicing and calibration of Hi Vacuum Pumps and related equipment for the semiconductor industry.
• To provide support and application for Wafer Sort & Testing Related Equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineer or NITEC in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Vacuum Technology and/or Wafer Testing.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology or other technical equipment. Proficiency in technical sales and solution design.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Travel: Required to support regional customers in Southeast Asia.
