The Renewal Representative is responsible for driving renewals and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts within their prescribed territory and achieving quarterly sales goals primarily working with Local Partners and coordinating activity with local Account Managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Renew, up-sell and close maintenance renewal contracts for a specified region.
  • Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities within all accounts and pitch the sell to your account teams
  • Monitor and review renewals regularly utilizing online tools and reports to track progress
  • Quote renewal 60-90 days in advance of expiration using Oracle Service Contracts
  • Generate monthly forecasting of maintenance renewal dollars; responsible for forecasting renewal l opportunities within assigned region to generate weekly and monthly forecasts, with regular deal progression updates
  • Ensure all opportunities are captured in our CRM Database (SFDC) with correct sales stage, close date, and value
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all maintenance renewal activity in SFDC and Oracle Service Contracts.

Requirement:
  • Minimum 13 years experience working within a renewals role
  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales or sales support role
  • Minimum 8 years experience with selling service contracts using Oracle Service Contracts
  • Experience working on renewals in excess of $100,000.
  • Strong working relationships with Partners and Distributors of in the APAC region, preferable partners that sell NetScout
  • Subject matter expert on Renewal Process
  • Experience selling within high volume transaction organization within the software and/or hardware industries
  • Detailed knowledge of Arbor Security Products
  • Detailed knowledge of NetScout Service Assurance Products
  • Proficient in SFDC
  • Proficient in NetSuite
  • Ability to consistently forecast accurately
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual maintenance renewal quota target
  • Must be self-directed and motivated team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration, critical thinking and team-building skills a must
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Written Skills
