Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer to join our client wafer fab WET team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the WET Equipment modules.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance:Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure high quality and productivity.
  Provide 24/7 support for troubleshooting and problem-solving on the factory floor.
  Maintain documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Continuous Improvement:Develop initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
  Drive innovation in factory automation, processes, and systems to boost productivity.
• Team Leadership:Coordinate, supervise, and develop a high-performance team of equipment engineers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with WET equipment or related modules.
• Highly motivated with strong team-playing abilities.
