Job Description:

The Candidate's primary portfolio is to carry out Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning of elevators. He may be cross deploy to the upgrading/new installation team as and when required. The candidate needs to:

• Perform maintenance and servicing of lift, attend to breakdown calls, carry out repairs & replacement of parts etc.

• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Require to standby for breakdown/Man trap after normal working hours/Weekends.

• Involved in Annual No Load Test/Load Test exercise in accordance with the relevant test document and is compliance to the regulation

• Ensure documentation i.e. service order and service form are completed in accordance to the regulatory requirements, and signed off properly by the client

• Communication with the clients to provide the lift status etc.

• Perform testing and commissioning duties, certifications and functions with relevant site personnel to ascertain the state of the lift.

• Perform any duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess minimum NITEC in electrical, electronic or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years of working experience in Maintenance, testing and commissioning

• Physically fit to handle / lift heavy equipment

• Willing to travel (Within Singapore)

• Possess own vehicle is preferred

• Good inter-personal and communication skills

• Singapore Citizen or PR
