Key Responsibilities

Technical Proposal & Tender Management
  • Develop and submit comprehensive technical proposals, compliance matrices, datasheets, and tender documentation.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure solution alignment.
  • Coordinate with project teams and consultants to validate technical submissions against specifications.

Pre-Sales Engineering & Solution Design
  • Conduct site surveys, gather critical data, and perform technical evaluations for system design.
  • Select optimal products/systems based on technical feasibility and client needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Testing, Commissioning & Issue Resolution
  • Execute system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex product/system issues (hardware/software).
  • Develop alternative solutions for product limitations or field failures.

Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Generate incident analysis reports, equipment records, and maintenance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate hardware/software databases and compliance trackers.
  • Deliver product training to clients and internal teams.

Collaboration & Innovation
  • Provide proactive technical updates to cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, PMO).
  • Support product innovation and improvement initiatives.
  • Attend project meetings and client technical reviews.

Requirements

Education & Core Experience
  • Education: Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 0-2 years (open to fresh graduates with relevant project exposure).
    • Preferred: 1-3 years in HVAC, BMS, CRAC, or building systems technical support.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM tools for drawing review.
  • Understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and engineering principles.

Operational & Soft Skills
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in diagnosing technical issues and delivering solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for client/stakeholder interactions.
  • Execution: Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work irregular hours and travel overseas for project.

  • Comfortable working on construction sites and in field environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with testing/commissioning tools (e.g., pressure gauges, data loggers).
  • Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
  • Exposure to CRM or project management software.
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL).
