• Optimized the plant capacity and utilized trucks fleet efficiently

• Check and ensure that the plant is in good operational condition

• Check, indent, control and record the in-coming material, out-going material and

stock levels

• Ensure that the material received is in accordance to the requested product and

quantity

• Prepare Daily Production Report

• Assist in coordinating maintenance work of plant and machineries

• Delegates work to subordinates and ensure the works are carried out satisfactory

• Manage and control subordinates' overtime

• To assist and attend to problems at plant and complaints by customer tactfully

• To ensure products conformity and production control system are in place

• To monitor product performance

• Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
