Position: Automation Engineer

We are Coalesce Management Consulting - a community of people with a strong passion for excellence. We deliver bespoke project solutions within the Life Science and Technology sectors through our community of high-calibre industry specialists.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Automation Engineer to support projects on-site with a client.

In summary, you will be responsible for managing and communicating with stakeholders, perform all execution of commissioning and validation activities, as well as reviewing test documents and protocols to ensure they meet CSV and QA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support automation projects, drive continuous process improvements (CIP) and provide support for deviation, operation investigation requiring program and system-level troubleshooting.
• Develop and review SOPs and other project documentations required to ensure compliance.
• Execute system/software validation (IQ/OQ/IOQ).
• Conduct and support system verification/testing activties (SAT, FAT) of related equipment.
• Manage vendors and ensure the requirements are delivered and maintained in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree related to Science or Engineering.
• Working experience in start-ups, commissioning & qualification (CSV) of automation and process control systems will be advantageous.
• Good experience in a regulated GMP environment.
