Job Description

BellaDati is a fast-growing business IoT and Data visualization platform company. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Engineer to support our pre-sales and partner enablement efforts in Singapore and the APAC region.

You will play a key role in demonstrating our product capabilities, customizing technical solutions for clients, and enabling technology adoption by partners through hands-on technical support and training. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about data, technology, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live product demonstrations and workshops to clients and partners, both onsite and online.

Collaborate with the sales and partner success teams to provide pre-sales technical guidance and proof-of-concept deployments.

Work closely with partners' technical teams to ensure successful integration, configuration, and customization of BellaDati's platform.

Develop and deliver technical training programs and documentation for partners.

Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions during the pre-deployment and post-deployment phases.

Gather client feedback and work with product engineering to enhance product functionality.

Maintain a deep understanding of BellaDati's product roadmap, APIs, integration methods, and deployment scenarios.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing technical role (pre-sales engineer, solution engineer, or technical consultant).

Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence platforms is preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Ability to travel within Singapore and occasionally across Southeast Asia.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international clients and partners.

Fluency in Japanese langage is a plus.

Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) is an advantage.

Monthly Salary Range: SGD 4,500 - SGD 9,000
