Product Maintenance
- Review and analyze wafer test yields
- Determine hold lot disposition
- Communicate with customer for joint disposition.
- Yield Improvement Identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
- Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports
- Support manufacturing operations on technical issues relating to device testing
Job Specification
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- It will be an added advantage if you are familiar with all or any of the following:
- Wafer sort test
- Prober operations (TSK or OPUS)
- Tester platforms (U FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a 'self-starters' who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems
- Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts
- You will be required to work in shifts.
