About the job

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to cover core product features and AI model-related functionalities.
• Build and optimize automation testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to analyze requirements, create test plans, and ensure the completeness and stability of product functionalities.
• Perform functional, performance, regression, and stress testing to identify and track issues in a timely manner.
• Write and maintain test cases to ensure the testing coverage aligns with quality objectives.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality improvement.
• Generate regular testing reports, provide comprehensive assessments of product quality, and propose improvement suggestions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in testing technologies and introduce new tools and methodologies to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Golang) to write efficient test scripts.
• In-depth understanding of testing processes, tools, and frameworks, with familiarity in CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter) and related automation methodologies.
• Prior experience with performance and stress testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility for product quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in testing AI or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and testing distributed systems.
• Experience working in international teams is a plus.
