Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by contributing to process development, tooling design, scheduling, quality validation, testing, and integration into the supply chain.
Provide technical leadership in manufacturing processes involving cables, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies, including testing, inspection, and tool/fixture development.
Apply expertise in electrical and electronic production and testing methods to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure the timely and profitable completion of assigned projects and programs.
Collect production data and create necessary documentation such as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical specifications.
Perform hands-on assembly tasks when needed and offer technical guidance and support to technicians and operators to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirement:

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant professional certification, with relevant experience in as an Assistant Engineer or similar technical role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tasks such as comparing and analyzing Bill of Materials (BOM) and other engineering documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical engineering solutions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
