We are looking for a hands-on Junior ICT Support Technician to provide frontline technical support to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations. This role also involves site work including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), testing & commissioning (T&C), product configuration, part replacements, and hardware upgrades and installations. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn and work with MCSA and VMS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to employees and clients.
• Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of vibration monitoring systems (VMS), motor current signature analysis (MCSA) units, and related diagnostic technologies.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of hardware and software at client sites.
• Perform configuration and setup of MCSA and VMS products.
• Conduct part replacements and hardware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues during testing, commissioning, and operational phases.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services.
• Document site activities, test results, and configuration changes accurately.
• Continuously learn about new technologies and products relevant to the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Basic understanding of networking, computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), SQL for database is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Customer-oriented mindset with patience and willingness to assist users.
• Prior internship or hands-on experience in ICT support is an advantage.
• Willingness to perform on-site work and travel to client locations.
• Interest in learning FAT/SAT, commissioning, and systems configuration.
• Familiarity with MCSA and VMS is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
