Site Engineer

Location: BUKIT BATOK

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days (standby for Saturday if needed)

Working hours : 8:30am - 6:00pm

Salary : $2900-$3500

We are currently seeking a Lab Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Laboratory team. This role involves hands-on testing of construction materials, supervising lab activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision & CoordinationTake charge of project execution on site, ensuring works are carried out according to schedule and specifications
   Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth project progression
2. Site Testing & Quality ControlConduct and supervise various site tests (e.g., Non Destructive, Test, Plate Load Test, Structural Inspection) to ensure compliance with specifications
   Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project
3. Facade Inspection & AssessmentPerform inspections and assessments of façade works, ensuring safety, alignment, and regulatory compliance
   Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and coordinate necessary rectification works
4. Technical SupportReview and interpret construction drawings and specifications
   Resolve site issues and provide timely technical solutions
5. Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates
   Ensure proper documentation for testing, inspections, and approvals
6. Safety & ComplianceEnforce site safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations
   Conduct safety briefings and monitor site safety conditions
7. Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and project updates
   Attend coordination meetings and ensure effective communication across all parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Entry level or candidates with relevant site experience are welcome
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination
