Research and design electronic components and products based on market requirements and emerging technologies.
Support the full R&D project life cycle, including concept development, prototyping, validation, and transition to manufacturing, while ensuring product quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Deliver clear and informative presentations to team members and product managers to communicate design concepts and project progress.
Finalize product designs and associated deliverables to ensure smooth handover to manufacturing and relevant departments.
Prepare technical documentation such as bill of materials (BOM), material specifications, and process guidelines.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to design and development processes to enhance performance and manufacturability.
Collaborate closely with global R&D teams to align on technical standards, share knowledge, and support joint development efforts.

Requirement:

Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field, with relevant experience in passive electronic component design; proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and basic design/layout tools is preferred.
Familiarity with electronics measurement instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, data logger), regulatory standards (e.g., EMC), and product safety or environmental testing is an advantage.
Strong foundation in electronics, with good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, creative, and willing to travel regionally when required.
