EngineeringKey Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Lead and carry out the design, analysis, and assessment of civil, infrastructure, and geotechnical works, including ground improvement, foundations, excavations, retaining structures, slopes, instrumentation, and site investigations.
- Prepare project proposals, technical specifications, and design documentation for tender, regulatory submissions, and construction.
- Plan, design, coordinate, and supervise civil, infrastructure, and geotechnical design and site activities.
- Ensure engineering works are compliant with relevant statutory requirements, regulations, and Codes of Practice.
- Liaise effectively with clients, project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Support the Team Leader in maintaining high standards of design and supervision and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a related numerical discipline.
- More than 15 years of experience in the transport infrastructure sector.
- Strong technical foundation in transport engineering, including design, planning, and/or modelling.
- Familiarity with international and Singapore infrastructure and transport design standards.
- Proficiency in transport modelling tools such as VISUM, VISSIM, SIDRA, or equivalent.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management and staff supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
