Salary: $2,580 per month

Job Scope:

• Assist in inspections and manage contractors for facility upkeep, fault reporting and housekeeping.
• Verify contractor reports, ensure checklist submissions, and maintain accurate records of assets and performance.
• Help with office renovation, configuration, and logistics for internal events or functions.
• Track water/electricity usage and verify monthly utility bills for accuracy.
• Respond to last-minute assignments, handle telephone line feedback, and perform multitasking duties with a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• Nitec/ Diploma in Facility, mechanical, electrical in engineering or related.
• Experience in facility management is an added advantage.
• Singaporean only
