As an Information Technology Manager focusing on DevOps, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, end-to-end support, and continuous enhancement of our critical DevOps pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and efficient delivery across the technology landscape. You will lead initiatives from initial requirements gathering through to successful implementation and ongoing optimization, working closely with various internal teams and external vendors.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager with a robust technical background and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Deep expertise in architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, demonstrating proficiency with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Veracode, Jira, and Confluence.
• Mastery in DevOps automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), utilizing advanced scripting in Python, Chef, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Proven ability in integrating and managing continuous testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, SonarQube) to enforce quality gates throughout the SDLC.
• Extensive experience in virtualization and cloud infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on IaC principles and toolsets.
• Advanced capability in leading root cause analysis (RCA) for complex test orchestration and environment-related issues.
